Breakfast à la Art is the character breakfast at Topolino's Terrace. It's one of the best character meals in all of Disney World and worth your time.

Topolino’s Terrace Character Breakfast Review – Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends

It feels like once or twice during each trip we make to Disney World, we experience what many call a “magical moment.” While that is an excellent description in many instances, there are a few select times when it doesn’t feel like that description truly captures the magic of an experience. This is one of those times, and hopefully, my words in our Topolino’s Terrace Character Breakfast review can convey why. Formally known as Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends, this character breakfast review will cover our thoughts on the meal and character interactions, complete with pictures of it all.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa Review

When Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa opened in 1988, it immediately became the “it” resort at Disney World. The Grand Floridian is a deluxe level resort and considered the flagship among the Disney-owned resort properties. Here in our Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa review, we’ll look at this resort, giving you our thoughts dining, transportation, rooms, pools, and more. As usual, we’ll have tons of photos and some video of the resort.

The relaxed atmosphere you find is what made out time at Disney's Beach Club Resort so great.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort Review

Disney’s Beach Club Resort opened in 1990 as one of the original four Disney World Epcot area resorts. The design of the Beach Club was inspired by then Disney CEO Michael Eisner’s childhood visits to various Northeast beach towns. Here in our Disney’s Beach Club Resort review, we’ll cover our thoughts on the theming of the resort, room types, pricing, amenities, dining, and more. As usual, this review will feature plenty of photos of the resort.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort is a deluxe level Disney World resort that sits on Crescent Lake. It has a sister resort known as Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Many people actually consider them one resort, but they are technically two. Beach Club is the fun-loving and chill sister in the resort relationship, while Yacht Club is the more formal resort of the two. Being right next to each other comes with benefits, like the dining options of Yacht Club give Beach Club more options than your typical Disney World resort. They also share more amenities, but we’ll cover that later in our Beach Club Resort review.

Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast at Cape May Café Features Minnie and Friends and is a buffet style dining experience.

Cape May Café Character Breakfast Review

Cape May Café is located just off the lobby of Disney’s Beach Club Resort. This restaurant serves only breakfast and dinner, but both meals have unique elements not found in other restaurants around the World. Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast takes place in the mornings with Minnie, Daisy, Donald, and Goofy dressed in vintage beach attire. In the evenings, a special “seafood and more” buffet is offered. Here in our Cape May Café character breakfast review, we’ll cover the décor of the restaurant, the character we met, and the food. We’ll pepper in pictures throughout, as usual.

Yachtsman Steakhouse Review

If you’re looking for a more elegant and refined dinner away from the Disney World parks, you may think about eating at Yachtsman Steakhouse. The steakhouse is located at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, which also adjoins Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Here in our Yachtsman Steakhouse review, we’ll tell you our thoughts on dining at this Disney World signature restaurant, covering the food and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Since Yachtsman Steakhouse is a signature location at Disney World, it does cost a bit more than your average table service meal. That’s true whether you are paying with cash or using the Disney Dining Plan. You’ll have to cough up two table service credits to eat here.

As we'll cover here in our Olivia’s Café review, breakfast and dinner are both great meals to have. But on top of the meals, the restaurant is fun and homey!

Olivia’s Café Review

Olivia’s Café is the only table service restaurant at Old Key West. Due to the nature of the resort having rooms with full kitchens or kitchenettes, the lack of options is not surprising. As we’ll cover more here in our Olivia’s Café review, this restaurant is more than worthy of being the only choice for sit-down family dining. It is open for all three meals with different menus for each meal. We were able to enjoy both breakfast and dinner at our recent stay.

Beach Club Marketplace food isn't going to wow you, but it will at least fill you up.

Beach Club Marketplace Review

Tucked away inside of Disney’s Beach Club Resort is a quick service option known as the Beach Club Marketplace. This Disney World restaurant serves all three meals of the day and provides snacks for late-night dining options. Here in our Beach Club Marketplace review, we’ll provide our thoughts on this dining location, covering the lunch we had here. We’ll throw in some thoughts on the other meals you can have here too.

The lighthouse at the Sandcastle pool at Disney's Old Key West Resort was a great landmark that really adds to the resort.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort Review

When it opened in 1991, Disney’s Old Key West Resort was the first-ever Disney Vacation Club (DVC) resort. Over the years, Disney has added numerous other DVC resorts, but Old Key West is the original. Here in our Disney’s Old Key West Resort review, we’ll talk about how this resort is different from most of the other resorts on Disney property. Some of those differences are for the better; you may find some for the worse. It all depends on what you are looking for in your Disney World resort. As usual, we’ll cover all aspects of the rooms, theme, dining, transportation, and more as part of this review.

Our Territory Lounge Review was a bit of an unplanned stop as we don't normally hit the lounges very often.

Territory Lounge Review

Territory Lounge is a bar located in Wilderness Lodge at Disney World. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wanted to write a small Territory Lounge review. We’ll tell you about our experience in hopes that others will visit this cozy nook. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a few precious moments of relaxation and maybe a cocktail at Disney World.

As you can see, Everything Pop has multiple serving stations where you can order various entrees for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Everything Pop Review

The norm with all of the value resorts at Disney World is to have one dining option. These dining options are food courts, which allows the value resorts to cater to a wide array of taste preferences while keeping prices down. The food court at Disney’s Pop Century resort (link) is called Everything Pop.

As we have been making a tour of the Disney World value resorts, we have noted many similarities among the food courts as far as menu selection, layout, and basic décor. While each food court is slightly different, we felt Everything Pop was reasonably similar to other food courts we have seen, aside from a few themed food items that are unique to this location.

Here in our Everything Pop review, we will discuss the breakfast and the lunch we enjoyed, the décor and theme of the food court and our general thoughts on the food court itself.
