Topolino’s Terrace Character Breakfast a la Art Gluten Free Review

We were all looking forward to our stay at the new Riviera Resort and of course, to check out Topolino‘s Terrace. The “Breakfast a la Art” sounded like so much fun, especially with Mickey and friends wearing outfits unique to this meal. I went in with high expectations, but those expectations were more than surpassed with the fantastic character interactions and the delicious food offerings. 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Gluten Free Food Review

As we discuss in our “About Us” page, I have developed a gluten sensitivity, probably due to my chronic health issues. As a result, I eat entirely gluten free. Disney World Dining handles food allergies and sensitivities amazingly well for how many people they are feeding every day. Here in our Epcot Food and Wine Festival Gluten Free Food review, we’ll give you our thoughts on all the gluten free dishes we ate at the festival.

For the Food and Wine Festival, certain food items are designated as “gluten friendly.” Unfortunately, they do not assign any other classifications like nuts or dairy, but each booth has a binder that you can consult that lists all of the ingredients.

As part of our Australia review at the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival we sampled all the new food items.

Australia is a returning favorite this year to the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival. The booth is located just to the right of the Port of Entry store and almost across from the Refreshment Port. Its location near the entry area to the World Showcase and proximity to the Canada booth makes this a popular stop. The booth is also popular due to its excellent food and drink options.

Disney World has a knack for providing some unexpected experiences around their many themed resorts. They do try and keep on theme. The level of execution that goes into some of these experiences is a bit all over the place in our experience. During a recent stay at the Polynesian Village Resort we decided to check out Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show. The Hollywood Brown Derby is located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It is near the end of Hollywood Boulevard near the studio arch.

The Hollywood Brown Derby was an opening day restaurant when the park opened 30 years ago. It is a replica of the real Brown Derby restaurant in Hollywood and fit perfectly into the theming of the Studios park as the whole Hollywood Boulevard recreates many famous or notable locations in Hollywood. This is the park’s signature dining restaurant.

Carla was very thankful that thee Patriot's Platter is available in a gluten free format.

Liberty Tree Tavern Gluten Free Review

In all of my trips to Disney World over the years, somehow we never made it to Liberty Tree Tavern. On this particular day, we had tickets to attend Mickey’s Very Christmas Party and wanted a hearty, sit down lunch since we knew we would eat a quick serve dinner to save as much time as possible for the party. Liberty Tree Tavern seemed like the perfect choice for this meal.

Located in Disney Springs, Raglan Road is probably one of the most authentic Irish pubs we think you will find in all of America. In fact, it is as authentic as it comes, all the way down to its bones. More on that in a second. We’ve certainly not been to every (or many) Irish pubs, but this one fits the bill with what we have in our head.

On Saturdays and Sundays, Raglan Road hosts a brunch from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You’ll be able to eat from a special brunch menu and experience what is probably a more toned-down version of what the pub is in the evening. This is the next installment in what will be a long series of my experiences eating gluten free around all of Disney World. Here in our Le Cellier Gluten Free review, I’ll cover the food but other topics related to the restaurant as well. This will include my experience, service, options and anything else I think others trying to eat gluten free may care about.

I love Epcot and all the food options it has to offer. However, all the options make narrowing down a final choice very difficult! Mike and I have been talking about trying Le Cellier for years, so we finally booked an ADR for ourselves and Anna and Elsa.
