It has now been over six weeks since Disney World closed as the country shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic. However, some positive signs are starting to emerge, which may lead to the re-opening of Disney World, along with other regular commercial activities. One of the perks of dining at Epcot is the authenticity that you often find while eating in the various countries of World Showcase. Over in the Norway pavilion, you’ll discover Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, which is modeled after the Akershus Castle in Oslo, Norway. We stopped by to have breakfast at this Disney World favorite recently. Well, with the opening of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge at Disney World and Disneyland, there is a new experience that may help rectify that. Yes, you can now build a lightsaber at Disney World in Savi’s Workshop. In this post, we’ll review my experience building a lightsaber on a recent trip. We’ll include photos of the whole thing, and we even have a video of it that we’ll embed in the post below!
