NBA Experience at Disney Springs Review

We recently had the chance to stop by the new NBA Experience at Disney Springs. The interactive experience is touted as a place you can “live out your hoops fantasies.” It has several interactive experiences where you can test your skill level and even compare your physical size to that of NBA and WNBA players. Here in our NBA Experience at Disney Springs review, we’ll talk about our experience as a family and how we felt it held up.

Here in our Animation Experience at Conservation Station review, we'll tell you all you need to know about this new Disney World experience.

The Animation Experience at Conservation Station Review

Last year, Walt Disney World announced that Rafiki’s Planet Watch in Animal Kingdom would close seasonally. That means when the park is less busy, they’ll close this part of it down to save money. Disney World enjoys being somewhat ambiguous like that. So that was the bad news. The good news was that when this area of Animal Kingdom re-opened, it came with a new experience for guests. That would be the Animation Experience at Conservation Station.

Here in our Galaxy’s Edge Droid Depot Review we'll tell you about our experience here, including what it cost, how long it takes, and if we think it is worth it!

Guide to New Year’s Eve at Magic Kingdom and Tips

The busiest day of the year at Disney World is probably New Year’s Eve. Now granted, the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s Day is crazy busy, but we really think New Year’s Eve takes the cake. In this post, we’re going to focus on one park, in particular, Magic Kingdom. This post will serve two purposes. The first part is a guide to New Year’s Eve at Magic Kingdom which will focus on basics like park hours, activities, happenings and more. The second part of this post is more a review or trip report of our own experience at Magic Kingdom New Year’s Eve. That part will include some tips and advice we think might be helpful if you are heading to Magic Kingdom on New Year’s Eve. We’ll also sprinkle in our thoughts on New Year’s Eve at Magic Kingdom with kids, as we had Anna and Elsa with us for this particular day.

Hollywood Studios FastPass+ Tiers Change Again! Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run Added

When Disney World opened up Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge back in August of 2019 without the FastPass system supporting the first ride, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, we knew it was only a matter of time before it would take FastPass+ reservations. We just didn’t know how long that would be. Well, it turns out the wait is 174 days or February 19th. That is the day that the Hollywood Studios FastPass+ tiers will change and Smugglers Run will be added to the FastPass+ system. In this post we’ll tell you how the tiers are changing and what it means for your plans.

And while the decor is great, sadly the food was not.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant Review

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is located in Town Square, which is the first area you encounter when you enter the Magic Kingdom under the train station. Tony’s is located to the right, near the Town Square Theater, where Mickey and Tinkerbell have their regular meet and greets. This restaurant has existed since the Magic Kingdom opened in 1971, even though it has gone through many name changes and iterations until it became Tony’s in 1989. Here in our Tony’s Town Square Restaurant review, we’ll talk about our dining experience, including the food and ambiance.

Minnie’s Holiday Dine Review

Throughout the year, Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios hosts special character meals for lunch and dinner. The theme of the meal changes depending on the time of year. At Christmas, the character meal is known as Minnie’s Holiday Dine. As you might guess, it is a Christmas themed meal. Here in our Minnie’s Holiday Dine review, we’ll tell you what you can expect at this special character meal, including our thoughts on the quality of the experience, character interactions, and of course, the food. We’ll include pictures of it all along the way.
