Garden Grill Dinner Review

Today we return to Garden Grill over in Epcot’s The Land Pavilion. This table service restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a family-style meal setting. This time we are reviewing dinner at Garden Grill. For all practical purposes, this is lunch too, as the meals are the same. We just happened to have dinner at Garden Grill on this trip. As we noted in our Garden Grill breakfast review, this Epcot restaurant is a notable venue for several reasons. First is that it is the only rotating restaurant at Disney World. Second, it is one of only a few restaurants that overlook a ride. Third, it is an all you care to eat meal. Finally, Garden Grill is a character meal! We’ll cover all of this here in our Garden Grill dinner review.

Spaceship Earth welcomes you to the entance of Epcot and the Food & Wine Festival.

Ultimate Guide to the 2019 Epcot Food & Wine Festival

Here in our ultimate guide to the 2019 Epcot Food & Wine Festival, we’ll give you as much information as we can on all the things you can do at this annual event. The Epcot Food & Wine Festival is Disney World’s celebration of culinary delights from around the world. Some might say that sounds ambitious, but I think it undersells what this festival actually does. We’ll update this page each year as we get new information on the upcoming year’s festival. As we laid out in the beginning, currently this page is geared around the 2019 Epcot Food & Wine Festival.

The Mayan temple and nightlife them of the restaurant is why the theme is loved so much.. The food on the other hand...

San Angel Inn Restaurante Review

Epcot’s World Showcase is known for showcasing (no pun intended) the culture and food of 11 countries around the world. Situated in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot, you will find the San Angel Inn Restaurante. We’ve seen some people describe the food served here as Tex-Mex and I have to say that can’t be anything further from the truth. I say that as someone who grew up eating real Tex-Mex every week…or maybe every day. Here in our San Angel Inn Restaurante review, we’ll talk about the atmosphere, theming and food at this decidedly Mexican restaurant.

Here you can see Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at Disney World.

Easter at Disney World

One of the most popular holidays to visit Disney World is Easter. In fact, if you look at ticket prices, you’ll find the week around Easter to be one of the more expensive times of the year. While Easter at Disney World is fun and there are some festive things that they do for the holiday, we certainly don’t consider it anywhere close to what Disney World does for Halloween or Christmas. Not even close.

Here in our guide to Easter at Disney World, we’ll fill you in on what to expect from a crowd perspective, the special happenings, and any other random musings that come to mind.

The seating at Garden Grill is in a circle, with two tiers of seating.

Garden Grill Breakfast Review

Garden Grill is located in Epcot’s The Land Pavilion and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are served family style. It is a notable location for a number of reasons. First, is that it is the only rotating restaurant at Disney World. Second, it is one of only a few restaurants that overlooks a ride. Finally, it is a character meal but given the unique setup of this restaurant, Garden Grill provides a more personal character experience. We will elaborate on all of these further here in our Garden Grill Breakfast review.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Review

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is located in the Norway pavilion at Epcot Center. Its setup is unique in that the meal encompasses an appetizer buffet, individual entrée and family-style dessert. The main draw is of course the princesses that grace you with their enchanting presence during the meal. Belle is the host princess, while Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella and Aurora typically visit each table in the dining room.

In our Biergarten Restaurant at Epcot review we highlight the food, theme and the polka band!

Biergarten Restaurant at Epcot Review

If you’re heading to Epcot at Disney World, one of the best features of the park is all the country specific pavilions in World Showcase. You get to experience and learn about different cultures, people and of course food! Some of these may be countries that you will never visit in your life, while others may be ones you have already ventured to and want to revisit. Epcot allows you to do just that. One of the countries within World Showcase at Epcot is Germany. In the back of the Germany pavilion you will find the Biergarten Restaurant. Here in our Biergarten Restaurant review, we’ll cover the food, ambiance, service and anything else we think will be useful. As usual, we’ll pepper in associated pictures of it all.

Best of Disney World Internet - March 2019

Best of the Disney World Internet – March 2019

Welcome to the next installment of our monthly series that recaps some of the best Disney World related content for the internet. We spend a lot of time reading and watching videos about Disney World to stay up on the latest news and trends. And maybe, just because there’s some fun in it for us! We call this series, the “Best of the Disney World Internet” and this is our March 2019 recap.

Each month, as part of this post we’ll give you what we see as some of the top blog posts, YouTube videos, message board discussions, etc. that we thought were fun, informative or helpful – or all of the above!! We’ll also give you our take on what is reviewed, discussed or otherwise mentioned in the video.

As part of our Coral Reef Restaurant review we had the opportunity to dine with a view of the Sea pavilion aquarium.

Coral Reef Restaurant Review – Epcot

For the longest time, Carla and I have been wanting to dine at Epcot’s Coral Reef Restaurant. Tucked away over in The Seas pavilion, the notion of dining “under the sea” has been interesting to us. And of course, to Anna. Oddly though, we have never made our way to Epcot’s only real seafood restaurant. However, we finally managed to make it to Epcot’s Coral Reef on a recent trip to Disney World.

Here in our Coral Reef review we’ll talk to you about our thoughts on the food, ambiance, theme, service and anything else that comes to mind. It will weigh heavily on some of the theme because Coral Reef may be one of the most unique experiences in Epcot. How often can you dine next to a giant sea turtle or a sting ray? But we’ll circle back to that in a minute.

Le Cellier Gluten Free Review

This is the next installment in what will be a long series of my experiences eating gluten free around all of Disney World. Here in our Le Cellier Gluten Free review, I’ll cover the food but other topics related to the restaurant as well. This will include my experience, service, options and anything else I think others trying to eat gluten free may care about.

I love Epcot and all the food options it has to offer. However, all the options make narrowing down a final choice very difficult! Mike and I have been talking about trying Le Cellier for years, so we finally booked an ADR for ourselves and Anna and Elsa.
